Omne OSi Campaign Reporting is an internal application operated by OMNE Agency Limited. It reads advertising campaign structure and performance figures from Meta ad accounts that Omne owns, or that clients have shared with Omne’s Business Portfolio, for reporting and planning on those clients’ behalf.
What it reads
Campaign, ad set and ad settings (names, dates, budgets, objectives, targeting settings) and aggregate delivery metrics (impressions, reach, clicks, spend, results). It does not collect information about individual people, does not access Facebook or Instagram user profiles, and does not collect data from users of Meta’s products.
Where it is kept
On Omne’s secured internal systems, accessible only to authorised Omne staff through single sign-on. The data is used to report to, and plan for, the client whose account it came from, and to improve the campaign forecasts Omne’s staff use when planning for other clients. No client can access OSi or see another client’s data. The data is not sold, and it is not shared outside Omne except as aggregated, anonymised insight.
Retention and deletion
