The application does not collect personal data from Facebook or Instagram users, so there is no individual user data to delete.
If you own or administer an ad account that has been shared with OMNE Agency Limited and want the campaign data we hold from it deleted, email hello@omne.agency with the ad account ID. We will delete it from OSi and confirm within 30 days; copies in our backups are deleted automatically within 12 months. Removing OMNE Agency Limited as a partner on the ad account in Meta Business Settings stops any further collection immediately.
