As the nation’s largest foodservice wholesaler, Bidfood wanted to find a way to add even more value to their customers, reward their loyalty and ultimately elongate their buying lifecycle. As an expert foodservice marketing agency we knew that chefs wanted their loyalty to be recognised and rewarded in a way that added value to their business; an informed hypothesis that we validated in research.
As a result we developed Safari Rewards, an entirely self-funded incentive programme, built on our own sales promotion and incentive platform. The software interprets an array of hugely complex data to create a beautifully simple customer experience, which automatically accrues points on purchases, makes available valuable perks and allows customers to redeem their points against 1000s of relevant rewards for their business.
