We develop strategic communication plans to demonstrate how quality dairy products can support three of the most important menu occasions in the out-of-home foodservice market; pizza, burgers and coffee. Working with breakthrough operators we demonstrate how natural dairy products can be used to build quality and menu differentiation without compromising on performance or functionality.
INSIGHT AND LEADERSHIP
Supporting Arla Pro’s position as category leaders, we created a trendspotting tour of the latest foodservice innovations in both burger and pizza in Brooklyn, New York City. It gave the Arla Pro team and selected customers unique access to some of the hottest out-of-home concepts in the city.
We’ve worked with chefs from a range of backgrounds, channels and with varying expectations of butter, to shift the perceptions of Lurpak from being a quality domestic brand, to one that really exceeds expectations in professional kitchens. The work is driven through video and digital media, driving the audience to the Arla Pro UK website, combined with detailed work in wholesalers and community activity through the Arla Pro Instagram channel.
